In 1978, when Dan O’Brien opened the doors to the public in Billerica, he lived by one motto:
Dan believed that if he provided a neighborhood style Butcher Shop where the customer is treated like family, and provided quality products that cannot be found in any large chain, customers would remain loyal. They have done just that. Now owned and operated by Dvaro Foods Company, continues to service the Nashoba Valley following Dan’s Motto.
Dedicated to the classic shop-keeper ethic, Dvaro Foods offers unique items. We boast the largest variety of original marinades in the area, and carry U.S.D.A. Grain Fed Choice and Prime Beef raised domestically here in the Midwest.
We provide a full service deli, offering Boars Head premium cold cuts and artisan sandwiches, and we stand by our products as true and classic shopkeepers have always done.
